STONE FERRIS LAWN CARE PRICING PACKAGES
These prices are for standard properties in Cape Coral, FL and surrounding areas. Prices may vary depending upon growth, size of property, layout, fencing, objects on property, and distance from our office in Cape Coral. We will maintain your property on a weekly basis with the exception of the company’s scheduled breaks: the week of Valentine’s Day, the week of Thanksgiving Day, and the week of Christmas Day.
Prices are based on a one-year verbal agreement. If you cancel before the end of the year, the cost will be converted to a per mow charge of $29 (or more for larger properties) and $79 per trim, and you will be billed the difference between what you’ve paid and the new balance due.

Edging of both sides of the driveway, walkways and at the street

Ultra
Service Starting at $102-$134 per month for a Standard Lot. $118-$150 per month for Corner/Triple Lot. Prices vary depending on your property's amount of trimming i.e. bushes, shrubs, hedges, trees. Note: Trimming is done once a Quarter.Mowing, Trimming and Edging
Weed-whacking around bushes, trees and outdoor objects

Trim shrubs, small palms, and small trees as needed up to 15 feet
Seasonal Or Annual Requests
We can customized any of our services to meet your needs. Below are a few the most commonly requested services.- Mulch and Soil Installation

- Site Preparation / Grading
– Prices are slightly higher for over-sized lots, corner lots, or double / triple lots.
– Twice a year we check sprinkler systems to ensure that they are functioning properly and make adjustments to the sprinkler heads as needed. If any repairs are needed, we will notify you. Depending on the repairs needed we can provide sprinkler repairs for and additional charge.
– If you have purchased fertilizer for us to apply or plants for us to plant please notify us by calling (239) 573-6516 one week in advance. Be sure to let us know where you’re going to leave these items.
